Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Design Engineer to join our dynamic team.

What You Will Work On:

• Design traction inverters, with a focus on digital mixed signals electronics.
• Define and optimize circuits to meet requirements.
• Select and size components for circuits.
• Perform test activities, including fault-tracing, bring-up, and functional and reliability verification.
• Contribute to conceptual and architectural definition, track cutting-edge technologies in digital and analog electronics.
• Benchmark alternatives to ensure the best solution in terms of performance, cost, and reliability.
• Coach and serve as a reference for younger engineers.
• Share knowledge and experience with team members.
• Contribute to the technology roadmap for the focus area.
• Prepare and gather design documentation, such as schematics, design descriptions, design reviews, and design guidelines.

What You Bring:

• Proficiency in designing traction inverters, with expertise in digital mixed signals electronics.
• Ability to define and optimize circuits to meet specific requirements and constraints.
• Experience in selecting and sizing components for circuits, considering factors such as performance, cost, and reliability.
• Competence in performing test activities, including fault-tracing, bring-up, and functional and reliability verification.
• Knowledge of conceptual and architectural definition processes, with a focus on tracking cutting-edge technologies in digital and analog electronics.
• Skill in benchmarking alternatives to ensure optimal solutions in terms of performance, cost, and reliability.
• Capacity to coach and mentor younger engineers, serving as a reference and sharing knowledge and experience within the team.
• Experience in contributing to the development of technology roadmaps for the focus area, aligning with organizational objectives.
• Proficient in preparing and maintaining design documentation, including schematics, design descriptions, design reviews, and design guidelines.
