Duties and Job responsibilities

The main role of the Head of HR is to lead the HR function in the provision of the highest standard and quality of HR advice, service, processes, and procedures. The Head of HR will contribute to the strategic planning and decision making at the top executive level so that the organization's human resource strategy is aligned with other business strategies. The Head of HR will establish effective resourcing, development, and retention plans, and influence the talent management of the organization. The Head of HR cooperates with Market Cluster, Business Unit and Global HR organization in introduction of global TKE HR initiatives in Sweden, serve as the strategic partner for the local leading team and translates HR strategy into tangible measures and responsibilities.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • HR services & administration and reporting.
  • Lead and develop the HR team.
About you

You have an Academic degree in HR and 10+ years of relevant experience as well as experience from a similar role. It is important that you have an understanding of core business and business-oriented HR. You have experience from large international organizations and good written and spoken knowledge of Swedish and English.

It is beneficial if you also have:

  • Experience from the elevator market or similar markets.
  • Change management experience.
  • Experience from leading a team.
