Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Lead Architect to join our dynamic team.

What You Will Work On:

• Ensure that architecture developed in projects and initiatives is meticulously documented in accordance with applicable instructions and adheres to governing principles.
• Coordinate contemporary project needs and dependencies, ensuring adherence to architecture governance and governing principles.
• Take responsibility for the architectural management of projects and initiatives, ensuring changes are executed with high quality, efficiency, and sustainability in alignment with Bankgirot’s mission, priorities, and operational plan.
• Foster cooperation in operational work with other groups/departments/company functions and suppliers, addressing matters affecting various parts of the company or external stakeholders, while maintaining robust internal and external relationships.
• Communicate, anchor, and concretize relevant information within the organization and upward to facilitate informed decision-making in a broader context.
• Collaborate in ensuring the Enterprise Architecture (EA) framework and its supporting models, structures, and instructions remain up-to-date, incorporating necessary adjustments for each move/change in the architectural landscape.

What You Bring:

• Relevant post-secondary education and a minimum of 8 years of experience in the role of Lead Architect or a similar position.
• Strong leadership qualities demonstrated through effective team management and strategic direction.
• Proficient knowledge in multiple technical domains with a comprehensive understanding of different infrastructure needs across various business segments.
• Expertise in capability, process, conceptual, and information modeling, coupled with adept requirements management skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge of business model design, goal modeling, and service design.
• In-depth understanding of IT capabilities and the current IT landscape, including its complexities, opportunities, and limitations.
• Ability to take a holistic view, integrating various aspects into architectural decisions.
• Experience with modeling tools such as SPARX Enterprise Architect or equivalent software.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to describe, model, visualize, and analyze complex structures and relationships effectively.
• Excellent ability to identify and comprehend the organization’s needs from a customer perspective.
• Good knowledge of regulatory requirements pertinent to Bankgirot’s licensed business operations.
• Ability to understand and align with the organization’s purpose, goals, and strategies.
• Knowledge of process models to facilitate efficient workflows and operations.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in leading workshops with operational and IT experts as participants.
