ABOUT THE ROLE

As one of our valued employees prepares to retire after several years of dedicated service, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the Facility, Security, Health & Safety Manager position. This role is critical to maintaining the smooth operation of our organization, and we are looking for someone who can step into this role seamlessly and continue to drive success.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of facility operations, ensuring the safety and security of our employees and property, and keep on implementing health and safety protocols for The Absolut Group's Headquarters in Stockholm.

In this role you will report to VP Human Resources and lead a team of 4 people responsible for Office Services, Reception and Canteen.

You have 3 main areas to manage: Facility, Security and Health & Safety. Some examples of responsibilities you will have:

Facility

  • Ensure our amazing office is running properly on day-to-day basis and continuously develop and improve our workplace including design, furniture, office equipment, mail and shipments etc
  • Manage all outsourced suppliers and services (maintenance, cleaning, parking, utilities, security, Post and couriers)
  • Be responsible for facility routines, policies and guidelines and ensure they are implemented, documented, and communicated to employees

Risk & Security

  • Ensure the compliance of Pernod Ricard strategic and operational risk & security requirements for non-industrial site
  • Increase risk and security awareness via trainings to our employees
  • Be the contact person for all subcontractors/cooperation partners linked to security and risk
  • Ensure that laws, regulations, new technology and other requirements are complied with and followed up

Health & Safety

  • Lead the implementation of H&S roadmap in accordance with Pernod Ricard H&S roadmap and in cooperation with H&S Manager in Åhus
  • Manage and lead Safety Committee meetings
  • Be one of the Group's Safety Champions and our Health & Safety Coordinator within Pernod Ricard network

You anticipate potential risks and remind others that safety always comes first. Your effective communication skills combined with your customer focus helps the company running its’ operations smoothly. You lead change through and with others and therefore, sharing knowledge and influencing is a big part of your role.

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • At least 5 years' work experience in similar positions
  • Previous people management experience is required
  • Fluent in Swedish and English
