Job Description

We are now looking for a Senior Project manager SAP / ERP / Analytics to the Finance Business Support (FBS) – Financial Systems team at Vattenfall in Solna, Amsterdam or Berlin.

In this role you will:

  • Be responsible for managing mid-sized and large projects for FBS (project members may be staff from other functions and/or consultants) and responsible for securing that own projects are carried out according to plan in a timely manner and within budget
  • Offer professional project management to support business and finance related projects
  • Manage project team members, securing effective collaboration and reasonable workload
  • Maintain and develop project competence within FBS including developing project methodology and tools, conduct trainings and support colleagues
  • Secure that the projects are running under the official group governance structures for the financial processes and systems
  • Actively look for trends and development ideas within Finance in a broader perspective, eg. digitalisation, automation, process development, organization and share with team members and FBS MT
  • Drive change management and communication within FBS and to stakeholders outside FBS when needed

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with:

  • At least 5-10 years of experience within finance operations in a Shared Service organisation.
  • Project management skills including project methodology, project planning, project controlling, leading teams and managing expectations
  • At least 5-10 years of experience from working as a project manager for finance process/system development projects or programs in large multinational organisation(s) preferably in SAP
  • Good knowledge of all Finance processes
  • Good knowledge of Finance systems, preferably SAP. Knowledge in the BI area based on SAP and Microsoft technology is a bonus for this position.
  • Your command of English is strong, both verbally and written.
  • A relevant University degree or similar (e.g. in Business administration, process engineer)

  • Proactive, solution oriented and able to create credibility, trust and engagement
  • The ability to work in large and complex organisations and to handle internal and external interfaces effectively
  • This position requires independent drive, strong cooperation and great communications skills
