We are on an exciting transformation journey to expand our responsibilities within SEB’s Trading BI and Analytics area. Our data division is growing, and we are now looking for a Senior Data-Warehouse Test Engineer with a passion for data.

About the position

As a technical test engineer, you will work with BI/Analytics business-related development in our high-priority Trading area. Here you will get the chance to work with complex and interesting trade data. You will be involved in an exciting initiative where we are currently developing a new data warehouse solution in the cloud to optimize and support our trading business. For this role, we are looking for someone with broad experience in testing in a Data Warehouse.

We embrace Agile methodologies such as Scrum and SAFe, fostering close collaboration with the business. We prioritize a proactive approach to uncovering synergies, driving continuous improvement, and exploring cutting-edge technologies and concepts.

Who are you?

• You are an experienced technical tester for data warehouses who excels in debugging and analyzing root causes, with a keen eye for details, thrives on thinking outside the box, and adeptly navigates working with various interfaces.

You have experience with:

• SQL
• Testing and test-automation of a Data Warehouse
• Version Control (i.e.,Git)
• Agile development

Highly meriting is also:

• Experience with a cloud provider
• ISTQB certification
• Dataform (SQL Automation)
• Monitoring and alerting of Data Warehouse
