The team consists of scrum master, architects and specialists focusing on infrastructure, network, and cloud services. The team is responsible for all the northern countries where we operate.  Other fun stuff that you’ll do:   * Lead a team of in-house specialists with a focus on availability and security  * Support the group with prioritizations and resource planning on a daily basis  * Coach, develop and encourage team members  * Work with competence development and recruitment  * Budget responsibility for your cost center including supplier contracts  * Travel occasionally (<10% of the time)     What you bring  We're looking for someone who loves technology and enjoys leading teams.  Besides bringing a positive attitude and being a true team player, we believe that you are a skilled negotiator and lead by example. You have an eye for details and a flare for coming up with new ideas and then presenting them in an exciting way.   Knowledge and Experience:   * 5+ years of experience in the area of infrastructure, network, storage. Both on premises and as cloud based solutions   * Project Management skills   * Preferably Academic Education within Engineering, Computer Science, or Business   * Preferably skills around cloud transformation   * Fluent in written and spoken English  If all the above sounds exciting to you - apply today.
