Here is the chance!  We are looking for the leader of our team of IT specialists who provide to the factory the IT equipment and infrastructure solutions that we need to perform and transform. Your team has a wide range of competences and responsibilities. To name a few, they manage the full life cycle of our industrial IT-equipment, supporting the factory with Time Critical Support, they secure efficient problem management and not least drive changes that support the digital transformation of our plant. They help our 1700 great employees to deliver the best trucks for our customers!  This is us, your new D&IT colleagues To be successful and provide the best IT-support to the factory, we work in a network and gather competences from different parts of the organization, both in GTO, Volvo Group Real Estate and Group Digital & IT.   We are in the factory and contribute every day to the plant’s objectives. Our ambition is to solve problems and adds business value through IT and effective use of existing applications, new technologies and innovation. In short, we work with support, incident and ITIL problem management, continuous improvement, projects and requests management from our users. Digitalization is part of the factory’s strategy as an enabler to our performance. This is an excellent opportunity for us to develop competences, learn about new technologies and be part of innovative projects.  Your role belongs line wise to the Volvo Group Digital & IT, IOS Onsite organization and you are line manager of a team composed of 10 Volvo employees & 4 external consultants.
