Accounting Officer (m/f/d)

With the scale of growth, our Commercial Manager has more to coordinate, correspond, prioritize, prepare, answer… - and it’s why we need you, who can professionally and smoothly help her and take over topics in the field of accounting.

We are currently reorganizing and moving accounting and controlling from our Germany holding company to Sweden. Tasks are handed over and we need to set the framework for our accounting function here in Sweden. Find the structure and the system to work from, along with the regulations and demands required. In this position you have the whole area to manage, and your mission is to develop and secure our work with quality and structure. Are you experienced in accounting and can take on this task? We wish to meet you.

What you will do:

▪ Manage daily accounting and reporting.

▪ Ongoing registration of customer and supplier ledgers.

▪ Reconciliation accounts and customer invoicing.

▪ Assets and internal orders.

▪ Monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting, closing of the year.

▪ Ensure that all financial reports are in line with applicable rules and regulations.

▪ Prepare and present financial reports to Management.

▪ VAT-declaration and reporting.

▪ Analyze financial data for trends and insights.

▪ Create and implement templates and routines, processes, and strategies.

▪ Support budget and forecast work.

What we’re looking for?

▪ Completed training or B.Sc. in Economics, Business, or any other quantitative focus area.

▪ Proficient in MS Office (Excel) and relevant systems, i.e. SAP.

▪ Experience in international accounting, IFRS and currency management.

▪ Disciplined and organized with the ability to manage and prioritize among many tasks, always with a team player attitude.

▪ Positive attitude: approach work with enthusiasm and energy.

▪ Problem solving: ability to identify and solve problems quickly and effectively.

▪ Get stuff done attitude: you are not afraid of rolling up your sleeves and getting things done.

▪ Constant Learner: actively seek new knowledge and skills.

▪ Convincing and strong communicative skills.

▪ Fluent in English and Swedish. English is our business language and so are all reports.
