Position Overview: As a Technical Support - Electrical System Integration, you will play a crucial role in the integration and implementation of complex electrical systems. Your expertise will be vital in ensuring project success from conception through to delivery for new sales as well as retrofits and upgrades. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Project Management, to provide troubleshooting support, technical guidance, and ensure seamless integration of electrical systems. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and support the integration of complex electrical systems within various projects - Compilation of solutions for our electrical integration offerings. - Request quotes from partners and suppliers for individual components, systems and complete solutions. - Providing support to our global sales representatives in their process with the end users and ship yards. - Assist the contract team in their process with the shipyards during engineering, installation and commissioning. - Support our service and product support team in trouble shooting and sourcing of spare parts.Collaborate with other departments such as Controls and Purchase to meet common project and company goals. - Participating in the team's ongoing work for the development and improvement of our product offering, processes and documentation. - Manage project timelines, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule and within budget. - Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, integrations, and modifications. - Continuously improve processes and systems for better efficiency and effectiveness. Qualifications: - Strong skills in support, project management, troubleshooting, and problem-solving of electrical systems. - Exceptional collaboration abilities and a track record of successful teamwork. - Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to work under pressure. - Relevant qualifications in Electrical Engineering or a related field are highly desirable. - Secondary education or equivalent in electrical or automation fields. - Work experience in electrical/automation or equivalent. The ability to read and understand wiring diagrams and drawings. High accuracy with a focus on detail and the ability to work well independently as well as in a team. Good verbal and written communication skills and basic computer literacy. Fluent spoken and written English language proficiency.
