Do you have an interest in Logistics and like to coordinate goods flows? Are you currently a logistics student and looking for a job over the summer? Great! We are now looking for a Logistic Coordinator to our Transportation & Customs team located in Partille.
Your role in our team. You are a part of the Transportation & Customs department, a small but very important part of our goods flow and belongs to the logistics department. As a Logistics Coordinator, you work with everything that concerns import, and export and the role is both challenging and versatile. You are a part of a team, which consist of five other employees with the common goal to secure Lindex flow of goods, always according to a business minded and a customer centric logistics point of view.
Your main work tasks are to plan, book and monitor Lindex inbound and outbound goods flow, handle transport documentation, support our stores as well as internal communication with our DC:s and purchasing department. The role includes contact and collaboration with various departments within Lindex, but also with carriers and authorities.
This is a temporary position during summer 2024.

Currently pursuing a degree within Logistics or similar field
Fluent in Swedish and English both spoken and written
Good knowledge of Excel and Word
