Responsibilities * Take responsibility and effectively collaborate with team members to achieve the project goals * Take fact based decisions in order to progress * Lead product adaptation design work for the Alingsås product portfolio requested by clients and/or Product Management * Creation of installation instructions for the HVAC/HVDC product portfolio required to fulfill client and project needs * Responsible for the HVAC/HVDC product Portfolio product care * Support other departments with product knowledge, technical clarification etc. * Maintaining the CAD data and use of change management process in our Windchill PLM system * Lead a great and experienced team of design engineers and document specialists to success. * Ensure and execute compliance with HSE rules * Control internal expenses according to the budget Thrive in a collaborative environment where your technical expertise shines! Requirements * University degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or equivalent * Over 5 years’ experience from managing engineering team.  * Experience of project management is a merit * MS Office * Knowledge of SAP and PDM system is advantageous * CAD tools experience is beneficial * Swedish and English.
