What you will do in this role As a Customer Representative on our team, you will: - Manage reservations (modification, cancellation, or creation of new reservations) - Advise clients on the services we provide by phone or email - Manage the back-office of reservations (issuance, modification and cancellation of reservations) - Provide after-sales service (litigation and compensation management) - Manage and manage the administrative process (invoicing, written communication, travel documents)  Concentrix + Webhelp is a great match if you: - Are proficient or bilingual in Flemish plus an advanced level of French and English, - Are yourself!
