Do you enjoy working both strategically and operationally and have an interest in driving learning activities? At Sandvik Rock Processing Solutions (SRP), a business area within Sandvik Group, we’re currently looking for a Learning Specialist to take on a global role in our HR team, perhaps it’s you?

About your job

Your main mission is driving and synchronizing the learning community and initiatives within SRP – providing support to all our divisions in learning matters, including the Learning Management System (LMS). Taking on the role as a Workday learning specialist and partner, you also work with governance, campaigns, and courses. You’re responsible for our global leadership programs and are the point of contact for common learning vendors. To coordinate and align learning activities and provide clarity to the business is an important part of your job.

With your passion within the area, you drive a learning culture where you create transparency and promote various learning opportunities. Naturally, you act as SRP’s ambassador in relevant HR forums, contributing to the development and feeding the organization with valuable information.

The location for this position is at our office in Hyllie, Malmö. We offer a hybrid working solution where it’s possible to work from other locations a few days per week.

About you

We’re looking for someone with a degree in HR, economics or communications combined with a couple of years’ experience from a similar role in a global context. We believe that you have experience from adult learning principles, and from evaluating learning outcomes and creating e-learning courses. Knowledge in Workday is a plus. Acting in a global context calls for excellent communication skills in English, while knowledge in Swedish is a plus.

Being a team player with good communication skills you have a sense of making complex information accessible for stakeholders all over our organization. As you’re part of a small team you need to be self-driven and have the ability to prioritize your tasks. With a collaborative and humble mindset, you build strong and trusting relationships with the people around you – a true asset to our team!

Our culture

At Sandvik, we’re tech driven, innovative and entrepreneurial. We believe that success is a team effort so we value diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive culture where people can be themselves and reach their full potential. So, we invest in supporting each other, learning together and celebrating our differences. Visit our stories hub, LinkedIn or Facebook to get to know us further.
