With us, you’ll find plenty of opportunities to grow and make your mark on something bigger.  About this opportunity As part of the Application Management team of Savings Distribution domain, you'll be working in a small and dedicated operations and support team.  We are seeking a talented and motivated IT Operations Engineer with a strong background in DevOps to join our dynamic team.  As an IT Operations Engineer (DevOps), you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our organization's IT infrastructure while implementing DevOps practices to streamline our development and operations processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy, automate, and scale our applications and systems effectively. You will help us support our users, developers and our BizDevOps journey, to ensure we are geared towards high quality and low cycle-time and that our customers are our first priority. You'll be at the forefront of the transformation in Nordea. We are organized with operations & support, business and development in teams, and have the mandate and ability to imagine, develop, and release digital features to our customers with high speed.  What you’ll be doing: * Act as technical driver * Manage and maintain our company's IT infrastructure, including servers and databases. * Release deployment, verification and follow-up * Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability  * Incident investigations and management (system logs, troubleshooting, root cause) * Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate software deployment and release processes. * Execute ad-hoc commands and queries  * Work closely with development teams to integrate DevOps best practices into the software development lifecycle and to enhance collaboration, automation, and efficiency across the organization. * Initiating application dependency and infrastructure upgrade/patching  * Disaster recovery testing.  You’ll join a dynamic and fast paced environment where we all lift together, have strong ownership, a passion  for digital business and the ability to make things happen. These are the values that guide us in being at our best – and that we imagine you share with us.   To succeed in this role, we believe that you: * Are service-minded with a passion for helping and solving issues * Are a fast learner with a natural curiosity to hunt down information * Have a technical education or advanced technical background * Have customer support experience Your experience and background:  * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. * 3+ years of experience in IT operations or system administration roles. * Strong understanding of DevOps principles and practices. * Proficiency in operating systems such as Windows Server and  Linux * Monitoring tools as Splunk, Grafana or similar  * Tools as Confluence, Jira  * Knowledge of CI/CD tools  * Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective solutions. * Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment, collaboration with developers and other IT teams to support various initiatives and projects. * Experience with database monitoring and performance tuning is a plus. * Knowledge of  scripting languages for automation tasks is a plus * Ability to write and optimize SQL queries is a plus Next steps Submit your application no later than 15/04/2024.
