What is needed in this role: - Preferable 3-5 years’ experience in similar with financial and/or corporate background. Candidates with strong academic record specializing in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a similar field to be considered. - Outstanding analytical skills combined with a strong practical understanding. - Strong Excel (financial modelling) and Power Point skills - High work capacity, a flexible and commercial attitude as well as attention to details. - Interest in and knowledge of Real Estate, capital markets and business. - Social and cooperative skills. - Fluency in English as well as a Scandinavian language.
