You will be pivotal in connecting with our manufacturing colleagues. You will be one of the experts in the domain in the organization which also means that you continuously will support guide and sometimes train engineering colleagues.  You will drive take initiative and drive changes needed in order to document new types of products,  What to bring: •    Master of Science or similar university degree or equivalent in experience •    Previous experience of driving Product Structure and Documentation in a global organization •    Strong project management skills, preferably from automotive industry  •    People management and leadership skills •    Excellent capability for collaboration and stake holder management. •    A holistic view and mindset, with a strong ability to go into details  •    Great communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact and influence at all levels •    You are recognized for being self-driven and are able to deal with uncertainty •    Meritorious: Competencies within Volvo process and tools, particularly DVP, agile principles and methods The position is based in Gothenburg, Sweden If you are passionate about promoting collaboration and understanding in the workplace and are committed to creating an inclusive and supportive environment, Ready for the next move?
