The position is a full-time permanent position, where you will be employed as a consultant with us at Envoi. Assignment Description We're looking for a DevOps engineer with a passion for AWS and infrastructure. This role is within a fresh AWS cloud enablement team, responsible for crafting infrastructure supporting CI/CD, auto deployment, and cloud solutions. The current toolkit includes GitLab, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Open Stack. Embracing external cloud providers, especially AWS, we're building the bedrock of products in a full AWS and SaaS shift.* Roles & Responsibilities - Introduce AWS expertise to the team and contribute to the SaaS transformation. For instance, concepts like Terraform, Landing zone, IAM, Networking, Security, Compliance, EKS, CI/CD automation, Observability, and Cognito integration. - Collaborate with and aid fellow development teams and developers using AWS. - Spearhead AWS cloud enablement initiatives. - Play a pivotal role in discussions aligning with the broader global organization. Tech-stack of the AWS Cloud Enablement Team: - Employing tools like GitLab, Terraform, Kubernetes, and Argo CD. - Utilizing "Infrastructure as code" and GitOps principles. - Embracing close-knit teamwork, engaging in extensive pair and mob programming. - Engaging in product development, focusing on networking, security, and automated deployment. - Adhering to DevOps and DevSecOps practices. Must haves Qualifications Needed: Over 5 years of professional exposure to AWS. Proficiency in spoken and written English. A collaborative team player, enthusiastic about sharing expertise and empowering colleagues.
