Product Experience @ World of Volvo - let’s introduce ourselves World of Volvo is our new pinnacle of Brand and Product experience centers and is designed to cater to more than 500,000 visitors annually. The visitors will, among other things, be able to experience our Products and Services as well as our Brands journey in the World of Volvo exhibition.  In line with Volvo Cars omnichannel strategy our vision is that in the World of Volvo we will provide a seamless digital and physical journey in the Learn, Shop and Delivery areas.  Volvo Cars will have a dedicated team on-site with the mission to support the Learn, Shop and Delivery phase in our Consumer Journey. The team will have an assisting approach to fulfill the needs and expectations of the visitors. Product Experience Specialist – this is what you’ll do The Product Experience Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers have a seamless and enjoyable experience when they visit the World of Volvo.  The primary responsibilities will include conducting vehicle handovers, providing product demonstrations, supporting customers in their learn and shop journey and facilitating test drives.  The Product Experience Specialist will be the face of our brand and will contribute significantly to customer satisfaction and awareness of our products and services. You will be part of Volvo Cars corporate presentations, Brand deep dives, as well as onboarding. Conduct guided tours that effectively showcase our products, technologies, and our brand history. In the tours, you will share insightful information, answer questions, and customize the experience to align with each guest's interests. Initially working hours will be daytime, but this may change depending on how things develop going forward, you will likely be expected to work evenings and weekends for different events. As part of the Global Marketing organization at Volvo Cars, you will also drive internal projects and tasks. We’re looking for you!  We are looking for a great communicator with a customer-focused mindset, passion for our products and services and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. Qualifications: •    Previous work experience in a service business •    Fluent communication skills in Swedish and English (written and verbal)  •    Drivers license B  •    Good skills in Microsoft Office  •    A great communicator with a passion for hospitality and service  •    Ability to adapt to different visitor profiles and tailor interactions accordingly •    Able to demonstrate our cars well to our customers, you already have some knowledge about Volvo cars or are interested in learning •    Excited to build knowledge of our brand's history if you do not already know • A university degree within a relevant area is considered a benefit As a person, you have a professional appearance and adaptability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Time management skills and the ability to multitask effectively will be important together with strong problem-solving abilities looking for new solutions. You are a team player with the ability to collaborate across departments showing passion for our brand and a strong desire to share it with others. Working proactively with an attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.  Ability to work flexible hours.
