What you will be doing As a Senior Data Scientist at Anyfin, you will be joining a diverse and fast-paced scale-up environment with co-workers who are motivated, helpful, adaptable and committed to creating fantastic (we mean amazing) tech and products. Your work will have an immediate impact on the organization and the next generation of fintech software. We are looking for a senior generalist who will be touching everything from AI and Data Engineering to Data Science. You will be the bridge between data and the rest of the organization, owning the data infrastructure together with our Engineers. You will support the organization with marketing data, user credit data and everything product data related. You will also be developing models for Anyfin’s products and collaborate closely with engineers and product managers to develop new features. In your role you will also support the product team in making data-driven decisions through the creation of models and data pipelines. More in detail, you will be responsible for: Data Analysis: Performing analysis and generating insights from Anyfin’s massive data set Data Architecture Design: You will be collaborating with different team members to design and optimize Anyfin's data architecture, to ensure it can support advanced analytics and models efficiently Pipeline Development: Creation and maintenance of data pipelines to support advanced analytics and ML Development Product Development: Contribute to the development of data-driven products and features Mentor junior data scientists, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration Skills & Requirements Who you are You have a genuine passion for continuous learning and a real interest in the possibilities of Data Science, AI and Machine Learning. You’re not afraid to shake things up, involving people with various backgrounds to reach for the best possible outcome and get things done. You can effectively prioritize and deliver important and time-sensitive projects within specified timelines. Launching to production energizes you, while you proactively think about how to bring things to the next level. In addition, we believe you: Have a degree in Mathematics, Computer Science or related fields Have solid experience working BigQuery, PostgreSql, Python, Airflow, dbt, Jupyter Notebook and Google Cloud AI Platform Have Data Warehousing experience Have experience starting a product, feature or model from scratch, including pipelines, and delivering to production Early stage startup or scale up experience is a big plus Machine Learning experience will also take you a long way but is not a must have What we offer We offer you the chance to be part of something truly amazing.
