Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Function/SW developer & Scrum Master to join our dynamic team:

What You Will Work On:

• Lead the development efforts in vehicle motion state estimation, focusing on velocity, acceleration, and mass estimation, as well as roll warning and tire pressure loss detection.
• Manage the complete development chain, including requirement handling, implementation (primarily in Matlab/Simulink), and verification through V1-V3 stages and truck tests.
• Collaborate closely with the technical team and support organization to ensure seamless integration and effective collaboration.

What You Bring:

• Technical Expertise: At least 8 years of experience, preferably within the automotive industry, specializing in state estimations and/or vehicle dynamics.
• Scrum Mastery: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master with a deep understanding of Agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, etc.).
• Communication Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and social skills essential for effective collaboration and leadership.
• Team Player Mentality: Ability to excel in a fast-paced, growing environment, fostering a collaborative and supportive team culture.
