Service Trainer Laboratory Balances 100% (all genders)

In this role, your responsibilities would include:

• You are giving face-to-face - and remote classroom training courses to our Market Organizations and resellers.
• You will be able to work with new technologies such as extended reality or video conference systems and implement them in our digital training offering.
• You take care, repair and maintain our training rooms and equipment you are an essential part in implement digital transformation with our market partners.

Following requirements are necessary for this role:

• You have experience as a service technician in installation, maintenance and repair in the field of laboratory equipment, or machine - and electronic segments or a similar industry.
• You have a technical education with preferably a degree as a certified state engineer / federal technician or a degree in electrical engineering or machinery.
• You have excellent MS Office knowledge and are affine with modern technology.
• You are a customer and team-oriented personality with very good presenting and teamwork skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, any additional language is a plus.
• You are open and willing to travel worldwide by about 5-10 %
