Dina arbetsuppgifter Business unit Repair Solutions in Trollhättan cover repair of aircraft engine components and complete engine repair and overhaul for Industrial Gas Turbines. As our Compliance Monitoring Engineer, you will play a vital role in our commitment to excellence. Your primary responsibility will be to monitor and maintain compliance with authority regulations, internal policies and industry best practices. You will work closely with various departments to assist audits, perform assessments and carry out investigations to ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities: - Manage the development, review, and approval of manuals (MOE/MOM), procedures, and other documentation related to regulatory compliance - Manage Authority Approvals including extensions and new additions including submitting related information to Authorities. - Maintain a database of regulatory compliance documentation, including certificates, licenses, and approvals (Manage Roster, Certifying Staff listing, Capability Lists, Contractor & Subcontractor lists and stamp register) - Monitor yearly audit plan compliance and audit findings closure (together with audit department) - Advise management on regulatory compliance matters and propose solutions to compliance issues. - Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of the MO’s Civil Aftermarket compliance systems and processes - Provide the organization Civil Aftermarket a focal point for Regulatory Compliance advice and consultation. - Develop and deliver Quality related training to employees (initial & recurrent Q training) Din profil Required Qualifications/Experience/Skills: - BSc in Engineering or a related field - Experience in aviation maintenance, quality assurance, or compliance monitoring - Fluent in Swedish and English, spoken as well as written - Good analytical and problem-solving skills - Sound understanding of risk assessment methodologies - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with crossfunctional teams Preferred Qualifications/Experience/Skills: - Strong knowledge of EASA Part 145 regulations and requirements - Familiarity with industry safety standards such as SMS, AS9100, ISO 9001, or equivalent - Proficiency in managing documents - Good MS Teamsite knowledge If you are passionate about ensuring safety and compliance in aviation maintenance and possess the required qualifications and experience, we hope to receive your application.
