Join us to pay a key role in the (operations) Team in Smart Power Electrification Sweden. Our team is looking for a talented and passionate candidate to work within Production Planning Management.

This position reports to Operations Manager.

Your responsibilities

• Conducting systematic work environment management to ensure a good working environment, both physically and psychosocially.
• Ensuring that products meet quality requirements in terms of both form and function.
• Ensuring that production processes for quality, maintenance, testing, and labeling are followed.
• Delivering our products on time to customers by achieving volume targets and specified pace.
• Handling personnel matters in accordance with applicable HR processes and in line with ABB's values.

Your background

• You have either an engineering degree or relevant experience from previous roles.
• Leadership experience within or outside the workplace is desirable.
• You have substantial experience in production, with change management and improvement work being advantageous.
• You are interested in working with personnel issues and see a challenge in engaging and developing people.
• You have good collaborative skills and are goal- and results-oriented.
• Working in an outgoing, independent, and responsible manner comes naturally to you.
• You are fluent in both Swedish and English.
