Our Shift Manager program In this role you'll work in close collaboration with other Shift Managers, maintenance, quality and environment personnel in our state-of-the-art production facilities. Here you’ll have the opportunity to learn from the best in the business, whilst leading and developing a team of 15-20 people. Working across one of the four key manufacturing steps, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact, shape ways-of-working and help team-members grow and contribute to our shared success. Skills & Requirements : To succeed in this role, you'll need to be a natural leader who enjoys working in a team setting.
