Operators Program - your chance to grow Our Operators program is the perfect place to start your career in battery manufacturing. Here you'll learn the ropes from experienced staff whilst gaining invaluable exposure to the processes, materials, and equipment. As an Operator, you work at the heart of the production – where our battery cells are made. Key duties involve control and monitoring of the machines, replenishing material and contributing to continuous improvements on the line. You will work in a cutting-edge facility with new technology in close collaboration with other operators, shift leaders, maintenance, quality, and environmental personnel. Skills & Requirements As a person, you'll need to be goal oriented, curious and eager to learn. Qualities that we cherish are flexibility, a well-developed sense for quality, pride in your work and motivation to take on new challenges. - Strong work ethics and well-developed critical thinking and problem-solving skills. - Previous work experience from industries such as paper mills, food, chemicals, electronics, concentrator, leaching, oil and gas production or smelters - or training as an operator from industrial high schools or Yrkeshögskolan. - Good communication skills as you will work in close collaboration with many different teams and cultures. - Good written and spoken English skills is a requirement, Swedish and other languages skills is a big plus.
