What You Will Be Doing: As an IT Service Manager, you will act as a technical lead, overseeing the related Swedish-specific applications and contributing to our journey towards harmonizing the IT landscape.  With overall responsibility for roadmap development, lifecycle management, governance, budgeting, vendor management, and service delivery for related applications, you'll drive operational excellence and contribute significantly to our IT goals. Qualifications: • A degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, business, information systems, computer/systems science) is preferred. • Possess at least 3 years of experience in IT service management. • Knowledge of tools pertaining to service management.  • Proven experience in working with and managing vendors and stakeholders. • Previous experience in a similar organization (industry) would be advantageous.
