We are currently seeking a driven and pragmatic Junior Group Controller to join our Group Finance team – working both with an operational and financial focus. ABOUT THE ROLE Join our Group Finance team as a Junior Group Controller, where you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our Group’s external reporting as well as support the organization with providing the necessary financial basis for decision-making. As a Junior Group Controller, you will be coordinating forecasts and budgeting processes, analyzing monthly financial and operational results, and assisting with various ad-hoc assignments and projects related to financial processes. This role offers an opportunity to work closely with our management team to provide crucial decision-making insights and contribute to our organization's overall success. you will also support in the processes for internal controls, enterprise risk management, financial integrations for acquisitions, transfer pricing, and controlling in general. In this role, you report to the Group Finance Director. You are skilled at making connections from an analytical perspective and have an interest in the business. Taking responsibility for your work is something you are accustomed to, and you see yourself as a typical "doer." You take the initiative to find new, innovative solutions and ways of working. Qualifications • Academic degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or equivalent education. • 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably from auditing, controlling and/or financial consulting. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Effective in communication and good interpersonal skills. • Experienced in using ERP systems, MS Office and have excellent Excel skills. • Fluent in English and Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
