We offer you a unique opportunity to join one of the leading suppliers of the largest and most technically advanced submarine cable projects worldwide. Working closely with our international customers, we develop, manufacture, and install efficient, environmentally friendly, and technologically advanced high-voltage cables, (HVC), for land and offshore applications worldwide. Play an important role in the installation project As Package Manager you will lead the installation part of nearshore scope in the projects, working with safety, quality, time and budget together with the wider installation project team. You will play a key role and be a part of the project team reporting to the Project Installation Manager within project context. You will be the one taking responsibility for and coordinating all activities needed to deliver the nearshore installation package in the contract from start up, planning and preparation to execution and closure phase, in addition to this contribution to tender is expected. The responsibility that our installation operations are conducted in accordance with applicable laws, regulations and NKT HSE procedures is another key part of the role. Besides the above your responsibilities will also include: * Ensure that the project follows execution best practices and NKT policies * Captures, analyze and share lessons learned throughout the projects * Contracts, claims, procurement management * Stakeholder relations You will join our dynamic Installation team, collaborating with colleagues based in various global locations and therefore traveling to different offices and subcontractors is part of your role. This role can be located in either Karlskrona in Sweden or Rotterdam in the Netherlands or UK. We foster a creative and collaborative work environment, emphasizing mutual support and growth. A nearshore package manager who enjoys collaborations To thrive in this role you are good at communicating, with both internal and external stakeholders. You are good at cooperating with others and have resourceful problem-solving skills. Also, to be successful in this role you have the ability to handle installation projects of different size, as well as assess, propose and implement solutions in the project focused on the nearshore works from transition joint bay to 10 meters water depth.
