ValueOne is seeking a talented Supplier Quality Professional for a position at a manufacturing company in northern Stockholm. This is a rent and hire assignment which means that the customer has a clear ambition to offer the consultant a permanent position after completed assignment. During the assignment the right candidate could be hired by ValueOne on a permanent contract.

As a Supplier Quality Professional, you will primarily focus on leading Supplier Quality activities within New Product Development projects.

Main tasks:

• Leading New Product Development projects and change management processes
• Owning the Project Supplier Quality Assurance Plan
• Coordinating activities related to projects and assignments within Supplier Quality and the Supply Chain community
• Leading escalations and deviation management activities

The ideal candidate should hold a Master's degree in engineering or science, or possess equivalent knowledge acquired through work experience in relevant fields. You should have a strong background in working on high-impact New Product Development projects within a global environment.

The candidate should also have experience working in cross-functional and cross-cultural environments, collaborating closely with stakeholders. Proficiency in quality principles and tools, including root cause analysis and issue resolution, is necessary.

Fluency in spoken and written English is essential, with proficiency in Swedish considered a strong merit.

The ideal candidate is a self-driven and result-oriented person who is comfortable taking initiatives and making own decisions while also being a strong team player. Excellent independence and time management skills are essential to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Extensive travelling to suppliers is expected.
