Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient UE operations and performance. - Participate in the design and implementation of UE solutions. - Conduct testing and troubleshooting of UE systems. - Provide technical support and guidance to team members. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. - Demonstrated experience in a UE Engineer or similar capacity. - Experience with different types of wireless technologies such as LTE, 5G, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth. - Hands-on experience with Viavi, CSIM, and UcTool. - Proficiency in using network simulation tools for UE performance analysis and optimization. - Experience in conducting field tests and site surveys for UE deployment and optimization. - Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance requirements in telecommunications. - Strong knowledge of emerging trends and technologies in the field of UE development and deployment. - Strong grasp of basic network and switch configurations. - Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including network engineers, software developers, and product managers. - Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. - Capable of both independent work and effective teamwork. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
