Job Description We are looking for a Creative Lead within Marketing to our client in Stockholm! This role is instrumental in driving the creative vision for our client's projects, necessitating a seasoned Creative Lead with experience in both 3D animation and game development platforms such as Maya and Unity, as well as storyboarding and creating trailer edits for marketing materials. The Creative Lead will be tasked with overseeing the conception and execution of marketing materials, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and audience preferences. Additionally, leveraging proficiency in 3D animation and Unity, the Creative Lead will play a pivotal role in guiding and mentoring the creative team to achieve excellence in their work. This role offers a distinctive opportunity to shape the foundation of 3D marketing endeavors for the long term. As our client navigate the startup phase of their marketing efforts, the role enjoys considerable autonomy to innovate and refine processes, driving the entire department forward. A normal day will include: ? Feedbacking on marketing briefs, as well as creative assets. ? Creating scripts and storyboards for marketing material. ? Editing marketing material such as short videos, gameplay trailers etc. Within a year, the Creative Lead will have played a pivotal role in shaping the creative direction of our client's marketing initiatives, resulting in the development of compelling and engaging materials that resonate with the target audience. You will have led the creative team in the successful execution of major marketing campaigns, including the production of high-quality animations, cinematics, and trailers using Maya and Unity. Additionally, you will have fostered a culture of innovation and collaboration within the team, driving continuous improvement and raising the bar for creative excellence. Deliverables and Milestones: ? Spearheading the development of creative concepts and strategies for marketing materials, leveraging 3D animation and game development tools such as Maya and Unity. ? Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to translate marketing briefs into compelling visual narratives. ? Providing direction and feedback to creative team members, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and project objectives. ? Leading by example through hands-on involvement in the creation of marketing assets, including animations, cinematics, and trailers.
