We are searching for a new junior team member to join our Deal Advisory team in Gothenburg to start in August 2024. Who are we? What do we do? KPMG’s Deal Advisory team in Gothenburg has a full service offering, supporting clients with M&A advisory, Valuation as well as Transaction services. - M&A advisory : Project leading buy and sell side transactions through the full deal cycle, preparing presentations and supporting financial material, communicating with a broad set of stakeholders as well as negotiating and developing process strategies. - Valuation: Performing wide range of valuation related services tailor made for the clients’ specific situation, including independent valuations, fairness opinions, financial modelling, incentive programs, and legal disputes. - Transaction Services : Providing financial due diligence services in both buy and sell side transactions. Including working with analysis of target company data to find key drivers behind the historical financial performance, challenging assumptions about future performance. As an Associate in our Deal Advisory team in Gothenburg you will be exposed for all three service lines, gaining a broad experience within the full scope of corporate finance related services. Further qualifications are: - An academic background in Business, Engineering, Finance, Economics or similar - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint - 0-3 years of work experience - Fluency in English and Swedish Do you want to make a difference with us?
