Your background and personality:

• Call center experience recommended (1 year)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to problem solve in real-time
• Ability to understand and capture relevant / important data during customer interactions
• Provide excellent customer support through active listening.
• Building excellent rapport, identifying needs, and acting in a timely manner.
• Ability to build effective relationships with customers, providers and clients
• Are fluent in Swedish at a native level.
• Very good knowledge of English – both in written and spoken language.
