Position: Door-to-Door Appointment Booker
Location: [New Jersey (other states are also fine)
Responsibilities:
Generate Leads: Knock on doors and engage with potential customers to generate interest in our products/services.
Explain Services: Clearly and concisely explain the benefits and features of Reality Work's offerings to potential clients.
Set Appointments: Schedule appointments for our sales team with interested and qualified leads.
Build Rapport: Establish and maintain positive relationships with potential clients to enhance the likelihood of successful appointments.
Follow-up: Conduct timely follow-ups with leads to ensure a smooth transition from appointment setting to the sales team.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Previous experience in sales or appointment setting is a plus.
Ability to handle rejection and persist in the face of challenges.
Professional and presentable appearance.
Compensation:
High commission-based structure: $500 per booked meeting that results in a sale.
