What you will do As the Chief Accountant, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company, ensuring accuracy and compliance.  Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance with regulations and optimize financial performance. * Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting. * Ensure coordination with payroll for correct personnel expenses reporting. * Prepare and analyze financial statements, to support decision-making and strategic planning. * Coordinate and liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory agencies to ensure timely and accurate reporting and compliance. * Management and optimization of the tax position. * Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and revenue enhancement initiatives. * Continuously provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management to support business growth and profitability goals. Managing, developing and improving the ERP and acting as super user. To succeed in this role, you have: * A bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field. * Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience. * Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations (GAAP, IFRS, etc.). * Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems; experience with Oracle Fusion ERP is a plus.
