We are now looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist, experienced in international recruitment and candidate sourcing, to join our Talent Acquisition team! What you will do As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at NOVO Energy, your mission is to build a diverse team of experts that will lead us to success in the battery industry. You'll partner closely with hiring managers and teams, playing a key role in our future achievements. Key responsibilities include: - Collaborating with hiring managers and teams to execute hiring plans and oversee end-to-end recruitment within your area of responsibility. - Developing sourcing and recruitment strategies to attract top talent for a variety of roles. - Establishing and maintaining a talent pool, including LinkedIn outreach, for proactive recruitment. - Engaging in Employer Branding and onboarding initiatives. - Measuring success and process quality through data analysis and KPI tracking. Skills & Requirements: To thrive in this role, we believe you have: - A university degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field. - Proven experience in managing recruitment processes from start to finish, ideally within a technology, construction, or manufacturing industry. - A deep understanding of LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms, with a track record of successful candidate sourcing. - Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to build strong relationships. - The ability to manage multiple recruitment projects while maintaining attention to detail. - A results-driven mindset with a focus on business-oriented outcomes. It’s meriting if you also have: - Experience in working in a start-up/scale-up company. - Experience in recruiting international candidates. - Experience in recruiting for volume roles to a production environment. - Operational/strategic experience in Employer Branding.
