You will be helping the customers of Mercedes-Benz with their day-to-day questions. Responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls and emails.
For example:
Arrange service/maintenance appointments
Roadside assistance
General customer service over phone, chat and e-mail
We are looking for:
A native Swedish speaker
Looking to add international experience to your CV.
Excellent English, written and verbal.
Comfortable interacting with customers.
Have a commitment to quality
Familiar working with computers, MS Office, internet applications etc.
