In both scenarios the human brain simplifies things, making us focus on certain aspects. The only difference in first impressions through CVs and during a party, is that the CV screening impacts people’s lives. It leads to some people being shut out from the job market, and others being hunted down by everyone, regardless of understanding if that particular person is actually suitable for the job or not. Armed with research, machine learning and a revolutionising SaaS tool, Alva Labs is disrupting the hiring scene. We are now looking to add a Content Creator to the team, to help make hiring better for everyone! What You'll Do: The role of Alva’s content creator is the beating heart of Alva’s brand. You will be the one creating the copy and visuals to engage our audience. We have a team with extensive knowledge about the audience and their pain points but we need your expertise on how to craft creative campaigns and collateral to get the message out to the world. As a Content Creator at Alva Labs, you'll be at the forefront of our journey, shaping the narrative and engaging our audience across various platforms. Your responsibilities will include: Creating and packaging compelling stories for an international audience cross multiple channels, mediums and customer journey stages. Overseeing content marketing efforts from idea to publication aligned with the marketing plan. Collaborating with other teams to leverage quality content throughout the sales funnel. Coaching internal content producers and occasionally acting as a ghostwriter. Ensuring sufficient production resources, either through internal or external means. Be part of developing Alva’s tone of voice and visual guidelines. In summary, your role is to craft stories that inspire, engage, educate, and convert our target audience. We think that you: We think that you love to create, communicate, interact, and drive engagement through storytelling. Whether it's content for inspiring video, engaging images, or creative texts, you create magic at the intersection of the written and the visual. You are a proficient storyteller and exceptional writer. Ideally, you are fluent in both English and Swedish. Aesthetically inclined with basic layout and design skills Leaning into AI and learning new technologies You are familiar with tracking KPIs to measure content effectiveness and prove ROI. A creative mastermind with meticulous planning skills. You thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Guidelines and processes are not always in place.
