Join our team The Operational Technology Center at Nederman is dedicated to advancing cross-product platforms that bridge the digital gap between traditional industrial equipment and modern digital technologies. Our focus lies in developing new ways of controlling our equipment to improve performance, reduce costs and reduce their environmental footprint. Data is systematically collected through our fleet of connected devices, aiding our ongoing development initiatives, and delivering valuable insights. Empowered by cutting-edge AI technologies, we seamlessly provide these insights to our customers through user-friendly web and mobile applications. With a substantial and growing client base, we are committed to a rapid expansion. To achieve this, we are seeking to add 11 more professionals to our existing team of 7. We are looking for highly skilled people in Automation, Back-End, Front-End. QA, Project Management, Security, etc. The objective is to build highly integrated hardware and software to create products that only Nederman - The Clean Air Company could make. What you will do As our Product Communication Lead, you will play an important role in contributing to cutting-edge technology and innovation. You will manage and take ownership of enabling awareness of Nederman OTC product capabilities and increase self-service within and outside our organization. Among other things, this means developing digital documentation, sales collateral, and training materials for all products. Furthermore, you will execute and establish training programs covering product usage and sales activities. Key tasks include: - Gain an expert-level understanding of all Nederman OTC products. - Generate technical information about product capabilities for content creation. - Provide interactive troubleshooting manuals for users. - Long-term planning for sales materials to enhance product promotion. - Dialogues with UX team for new functionalities. - Contribute to content creation as part of the development process and during testing. - Organize webinars to disseminate product knowledge. - Collaborate with HR and communication teams to ensure effective interaction. We believe you have We are looking for someone with several years of experience of working with Digital Documentation and training systems. You have experience with technical products and excellent communication and writing skills in English. To be successful in this role, you also need to have a strong interest in technology and technical products. It is highly appreciated if you have been in an environment with sensor or connectivity-based products, solutions or software. You also bring proven ability to deliver engaging and effective training sessions to diverse audiences. We are seeking an individual with self-motivation, flexibility, and resilience, committed to growing with the company in a fast-paced and rewarding global environment. A collaborative approach, positive attitude, and strong work ethic are essential. You must be organized and capable of successfully handling multiple requests and tasks. A can-do attitude with a proactive approach to taking ownership is crucial. Additionally, highly effective listening, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills are required.
