Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior System Engineer – HV Battery SW to join our dynamic team

What You Will Work On:

• Develop functional and technically feasible concepts to meet project prerequisites.
• Assist in creating functional specifications and requirements for developing a system that can provide optimal functionality, quality, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Conduct detailed design reviews with stakeholders.
• Refine functional description requirements or function realization requirements and allocate them to subsystems.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews such as FMEA and Risk Assessments.
• Support in managing system/component suppliers to ensure delivery of components with required features and functions as per specification and project timing.
• Assist in resolving project and factory fault reports by identifying root causes and required corrective actions.
• Assist in the development and design for the improvement of components, systems, cost, or assembly/manufacturing methods.

What You Bring:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HV Batteries and BMS development.
• Proficiency in independently managing tasks and driving issues with high energy.
• Cultural awareness, especially of Asian–European culture.
• Experience in working with Chinese teams is highly appreciated.
• Travel to China and other countries is required for this role.
• Fluent in English both in writing and speaking.
