As an HR Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Human Resources department by undertaking various administrative tasks and ensuring smooth operations within the HR function. Your responsibilities will include assisting with recruitment processes, maintaining employee records, handling correspondence, and providing general support to HR managers and employees. You will be expected to uphold confidentiality, possess strong organizational skills, and demonstrate attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment Support:

  • Assist with job postings on various platforms.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.
  • Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates regarding interview logistics.

2. Employee Records Management:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR database.
  • Update employee information, including personal details, job titles, and benefits enrollment.

3. Administrative Support:

  • Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, or in-person and provide assistance or redirect as necessary.
  • Prepare and distribute HR-related documents, such as contracts, policies, and forms.

4. Benefits Administration:

  • Support employees with inquiries related to benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
  • Assist in the enrollment process for new employees and changes for existing employees.

5. Data Reporting and Analysis:

  • Compile HR metrics and generate reports as needed.
  • Assist in analyzing data to identify trends and provide insights to HR management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as an HR Assistant or relevant administrative role.
  • Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
