As Junior Product Manager, Global Services, you will own, manage and support the omnichannel business growth of the commercial end-customer services offerings. You are responsible for shaping the long term vision and deploying business plans, strategies and tactics to deliver that vision on a yearly basis.

Your role:

- Lead initiate and support the overall implementation of the Global Services strategy

- Develop profitable business cases and market leading services product portfolio roadmaps that will increase penetration rate and sales of services, address end-user feedback, enhance customer/user experience and improve brand loyalty.

- Manage, maintain and develop the existing services portfolio with the objective to maximize services penetration and sales growth globally.

- Work cross functionally with product management, IT, engineering, sales and marketing,

- Strong knowledge of the target customer segments Specific focus on Landscapers, Facilities, Municipalities, Sports and Golf, Arborists and Loggers

- Strong knowledge of the distribution, dealer and Pro Partner needs.

- Good knowledge of competitive landscape, focusing on strategic product categories. Supporting with product knowledge and competitor benchmarking.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering or relevant discipline or practical experience from selling aftermarket services and solutions.

- Relevant portfolio and product management experience in a Services development, either within Aftermarket, Repair & Maintenance Contract Management or Finance capacity or Digital Service development

-Driving profitable growth through a global B2B organization with multi-layered sales channels.

-Customer-facing experience with the ability to draw insights from market conditions leading to value-added solutions.
