Tobii Dynavox is dedicated to enhancing digital collaboration and fostering a secure growth journey for our users. We are currently seeking an IT Specialist experienced in Microsoft 365 to join our global team.  

In this role you will: 

  • Provide general IT support to address hardware, software, and network issues for internal users including on/offboarding. 
  • Provide service and support to internal business users by troubleshooting, finding solutions, and answering technical questions related to Microsoft 365 apps. 
  • Offer user support and training to ensure effective utilization of Microsoft 365 solutions. 
  • Administer and troubleshoot the Microsoft 365 environment, including Azure AD, Intune, Windows Defender, Teams, OneDrive & SharePoint, and Office. 
  • Manage licenses and ensure compliance with licensing agreements. 


Who You Are: 

We are seeking a colleague with IT knowledge who is passionate about optimizing the user experience with Microsoft 365 solutions. You should possess excellent social skills, good analytical capabilities, and the ability to visualize and document solutions effectively.  

We believe that you have: 

  • Knowledge within Microsoft 365, including experience with Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive. 
  • Knowledge in Azure Active Directory (Microsoft Entra ID) and understanding of the M365 license model. 
  • Experience in driving user adoption within Microsoft 365. 
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Swedish, German and French is a plus.
