Description 

As the Platform Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of our platform services, ensuring that they meet the needs of our users and stakeholders while adhering to quality, security, and compliance standards. You will collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and customers to define platform requirements, manage project timelines, and communicate project status and updates. Additionally, you will play a key role in optimizing the performance of our platform, identifying opportunities for improvement, and driving initiatives to enhance the user experience.

Key responsibilities: 

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define platform requirements, features, and functionalities
• Manage the entire lifecycle of platform development projects, from planning and design to implementation and deployment
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and customers
• Implement testing procedures and quality assurance measures to ensure the quality and reliability of the platform
• Implement security measures and compliance standards to protect the platform and its users' data
• Monitor the performance of the platform and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement
• Create documentation and training materials to support users and internal teams in using the platform effectively
• Proactively seek opportunities to enhance the platform based on user feedback, industry trends, and emerging technologies

This role is located in Boliden and offers a hybrid way of working, onsite and in online video meetings and occasional work trips. Preferably located in Boliden or around Skellefteå area.  

Qualifications 

We're seeking an experienced platform developer with a strong grasp of development methodologies and tools, it´s meritorious with Aveva Pi experience. You'll play a pivotal role in leading platform development projects from inception to completion, prioritizing security and compliance with industry standards.
