Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Experienced PL within R&D to join our dynamic team

What you will work on:

• Lead end-to-end project management for industrial heat pump project
• Adhere to structured product development processes
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risks
• Coordinate cross-functional teams
• Utilize planning systems like Planview, Primavera, MSP, and Microsoft 360
• Foster collaboration within the heat pump department and across stakeholders
• Implement project management best practices and methodologies
• Communicate project status, milestones, and issues regularly
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks
• Ensure compliance with PMO standards
• Support continuous improvement initiatives

What you bring:

• Proven project management experience, preferably in industrial product development
• Familiarity with R&D methodologies
• Certification in project management (PMI or IPMA preferred)
• Proficiency in planning systems
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Fluent in Swedish and English
• Ability to independently manage medium-sized projects
• Experience in managing finances, schedules, and resources
• Agile mindset with adaptability to changing requirements
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
