• Portfolio KPI tracking to ensure SLAs are met.
• Conducting governance with Customer to present the KPIs, improvement plans, value adds and future road map.
• Project tracking to ensure milestones are met.
• Sharing Industry best practices and aligning with customer on the implementation.
• Managing revenue w.r.to to milestone planned and forecast budgets.
• Forecast opportunities w.r.to portfolio to secure budget and resources.
• Internal governance with project team to resolve impediments in delivery.
• Managing client relationships.
• Ensuring compliance with service level agreements.
• Good softskills/Negotiating Skills.
• Building and maintaining teams.
• Continuous processes improvements.
• Identifying growth opportunities for the account
