We are looking for a Senior XR Developer to join our dynamic team

What You Will Work On:

• Collaborate with the Exploring and Enabling Labs team to create virtual experiences that facilitate understanding and interaction with future scenarios, products, and services.
• Utilize cutting-edge VR/AR hardware and technology to develop immersive experiences.
• Independently conceptualize and execute virtual experiences, focusing on high-quality execution and innovation.
• Continuously explore new software and technology to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Collaborate with other teams to develop Proof of Concepts that optimize processes and enable virtual validation and testing.

What You Bring:

• Proficiency in game development using Unity/Unreal Engine.
• Strong programming skills in C#/C++.
• Experience in XR development, including 3D modeling and XR application creation.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Human-centric mindset with a focus on fast prototyping and feedback loops.
• Proactive and self-driven with a passion for creative problem-solving.
• Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines effectively.
