You will manage and ensure seamless and high-quality recruitment processes, and aligned with our Employer Branding strategy you will plan and lead impactful activities such as fairs, student engagement, and various events – both internally and externally. To succeed in this role, you need • A university degree within Human Resources, behavioral science, or related field • 5 years of experience of operational HR in all aspects of the employee journey, with excellence in recruitment and employer branding • Fluency in English, both written and spoken If you have previous experience working with HR in the IT industry or experience from an international company, we find that to be extra valuable. Familiarity with digital process improvement and implementation, as well as proficiency in HR analytics and data-driven approaches, are also highly appreciated aspects of your list of skills.
