Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a team of game designers, artists, programmers, and testers
• Manage the end-to-end production process of real money slot games
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define game concepts and features
• Create detailed production plans and timelines
• Ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Review and provide feedback on game designs, artwork, and code
• Coordinate with external partners and vendors as needed
• Maintain a strong understanding of market trends and player preferences
• Continuously improve production processes to optimize efficiency
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging technologies

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Game Producer or similar role in the iGaming industry
• Demonstrated knowledge of real money slot games and their mechanics
• A passion for gaming and understanding of player motivations
• Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask effectively Creative

• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience with game development tools and software
